How to Use Bless Aromatherapy Essence With Our Glow Towels™

Let’s chat about my absolute favorite aromatherapy essence. 

Meet your new best friend, Bless Aromatherapy Essence aka BAE. 

I am obsessed with using this product not only on myself but on my clients in the treatment room. I use BAE to set the tone of EVERY facial service (of course, after checking for allergies first). This is my go-to signature aromatherapy that I prep my Glow Towels™ with, and let me tell you… it is heavenly. 

Let’s dive into how you can use this essence with our glow towels™ to set the ambiance for a tranquil and dreamy spa treatment... (Whether that’s in the comfort of your home or in the treatment room!)

Step #1: Set the mood.

Dim the lights, light some candles, put some soothing music on. 

If you’re feeling fancy, brew some herbal tea and sip on that while prepping your space. 

In order to enjoy the full BAE experience, you’ve gotta set the mood! 

Step #2: Warm up your glow towel™.

For relaxing the neck or even the feet, there’s nothing better than a hot towel treatment. For this step all you’ll need is your glow towel™and a hot towel cabby (I HIGHLY recommend this one! You can also check out my blog here with a step-by-step guide on how to use it). 

-If you’re doing this from home, you can also substitute the cabby with a microwave and some water.

Now, you’ve got your warmed up towel and we’re ready to spice things up with our BAE! 

Step #3: Drop some BAE on that glow towel™!

Place just a few drops (this essence is potent so a little goes a long way!) on the warm glow towel™ and drape it around the area of choice. 

All of my fellow estheticians, you know how crucial a GOOD quality facial towel is in the treatment room, one of my favorite parts of using our glow towel™ is the unique design to cover the face, neck and decollete. It also has the perfect slit to wrap comfortably around the face. 

If you’re in the treatment room, you can use the towel as mentioned above for your client. 

If you’re at home looking for a spa solution, you can opt for draping it around your neck or even wrapping the towel around your feet.

Leave it there for however long your heart desires and soak in the smells, the sensation, enjoy the experience.

Bonus Step: Do a facial steam.

Fill a pot halfway with purified water and bring the water to a boil. Remove the boiling water from the stove and add a couple drops of BAE. 

Place the pot of hot water on a safe surface, sit comfortably and place your face over the pot with our glow towel™ over your head and the pot. 

Set a timer for 10 minutes and allow the steam and aromatic vapors to enter your skin. Breathe slowly and you’ll feel your pores opening up to release toxins. When you’ve finished, you can sit back and use the glow towel™ to lightly pat your face, keeping it slightly damp. Voila! The ultimate spa experience. 

Pro Tip: You can also cool the glow towels™ and pour a couple drops of BAE to drape over your eyes or forehead for any headache/tension relief.
