The Iced Matcha I'll be drinking all summer

We're back with another recipe! Sadly, I have had to cut down on my caffeine intake over the years because of inflammation in my body. Quite honestly, I just don't feel good on a lot of caffeine. BUT, don't get me wrong, I love my morning (and afternoon pick me up!) I'm addicted to this recipe and the best thing is I feel great drinking it too!

HOW TO MAKE:

    1. Boil Water to 170 degrees 
    2. Add one large scoop of matcha powder to a matcha bowl or any small bowl
    3. Add as much cinnamon as you would like to the bowl
    4. Pour hot water over dry mixture
    5. Whisk until bubbles appear
    6. Add date syrup
    7. Whisk more
    8. Pour over ice
    9. Add milk and straw
    10. Enjoy!
