Skin Loving Chai Latte
Back at it with a new drink recipe for you.
I am always looking for new ways to improve my morning routine and my skin! This Chai Latte recipe is something that's delicious, easy to drink, helps boost energy levels, satiate hunger (especially for my estheticians who don't like to eat in the AM, but need something before a busy day in the treatment room) and helps improve skin elasticity + hydration. Chai also helps reduce blood sugar levels and is a great digestion aid. This recipe is also dairy-free, sugar-free and caffeine-free. Your skin will thank you.
Here is what you'll need:
+ 1-2 scoops of Beef Gelatin
+ Chai powder of choice. THIS one has been my go-to
+ 4 oz cold water
+ Dairy-Free Milk of choice
+ Whisk
How to:
-Add 1-2 scoops of beef gelatin to 4 oz of cold water. Let sit for 1 min. This blooms the gelatin for maximum benefits and makes stirring easier.
-Warm your dairy-free milk
-Whisk 1-2 scoops of chai powder into your milk
-Add bloomed gelatin to your chai mixture and continue to whisk
-Enjoy in your favorite mug
