My new and improved Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
You guys are obsessed with my original anti-inflammatory smoothie and so am I! I have literally been drinking it every day for years now. But just like we know with skincare that it is important to switch and cycle through products and ingredients to keep the skin happy and healthy, we need to do this with our food too! Here is my latest anti-inflammatory smoothie recipe. This delicious drink is packed with organic ingredients, micronutrients and it's high in protein. All without unwanted chemicals or extra sugar.
Here is what you'll need:
-1 Cup water, almond milk or milk of choice
-1 Cup frozen dragon fruit and passion fruit blend
-1/2 Cup frozen organic blueberries
-1 Hand full organic spinach
-1 Small cucumber
-2 Tbsp organic chia seeds
-3 Tbsp organic hemp seeds
-2 Tbsp organic flax seed
-1 Scoop organic acai powder
-1 serving adrenal super tonic
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Then pour it into your favorite glass or travel cup and you'll be on your way. This smoothie makes for the perfect balance breakfast, on the go snack, or even a convenient lunch between clients. You'll feel good about what you are fueling your body with.
