We're back with another recipe! Sadly, I have had to cut down on my caffeine intake over the years because of inflammation in my body. Quite honestly, I just don't feel good on a lot of caffeine. BUT, don't get me wrong, I love my morning (and afternoon pick me up!) I'm addicted to this recipe and the best thing is I feel great drinking it too!
INGREDIENTS:
- Ceremonial grade Matcha Green Tea
- 1/2 cup water
- As much cinnamon as you like (I like a lot)
- 1 TBSP date syrup
- 1 cup non dairy milk (I use almond milk made by MALK)
- 1 cup ice
TOOLS:
- Matcha Tea Bowl and whisk
- Kettle
- Cute Glasses
- Even Cuter Butterfly Straws
HOW TO MAKE:
- Boil Water to 170 degrees
- Add one large scoop of matcha powder to a matcha bowl or any small bowl
- Add as much cinnamon as you would like to the bowl
- Pour hot water over dry mixture
