My Vegan Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

If you have been following along for awhile, you know I have been on a health and gut-health journey. I was always looking for easy, delicious and high protein foods. This recipe is something I eat every day. I think it's amazing as a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or even dessert!

HOW TO MAKE:

    1. Add all ingredients into a container with sealable lid
    2. Make sure it is mixed and combined well
    3. Leave in the fridge 1 hour to overnight
    4. Add toppings 
    5. ENJOY

    KB tip: Make a few of them at a time so you are ready for the week! This is a great food to have on hand to eat between clients.
